Our Expertise - Manufacturing of Specially Designed Equipment’s
Cooked Food Dehydration Unit
T Solutions India has specially designed unit with the help of advanced simulation technology for dehydration of cooked food. It helps in achieving uniform drying of cooked food placed on multiple trays. T Solutions India efficiently designs the unit to optimally utilize the raw material and achieve higher efficiency with high quality of dried products. As a next level of improvement in the device, we are integrating electric controls & linking with IoT to set different drying conditions remotely for your choice of food and enabling remote monitoring and quality control features.
Design Development for Cold Plates
Cold plates are very critical as they need to take out lot of heat within a confined space and maintain lower surface temperatures in many critical electronic equipment’s. It is very challenging to design the flow path which ensure effective heat removal and keeping the surface temperature within the limits. T Solutions India designs the most efficient pathway for cooling fluid so that the heat transfer efficiency is very high, meeting the stringent criteria of space and achieving lower surface temperatures. TSI is working on the next level upgrades to virtually validating the cold plate efficiency on PCB gerber data and on-board electronics.
Process Burners
T Solutions India has detailed experience on the working of process burners. The critical components like fuel tip, burner tile, etc. Fuel and air mixing forms a crucial part for better performance and good flame characteristics of combustion from process burners. Detailed combustion analysis are carried out for the design of burners.

Given TSI’s vast experience on modeling various industrial applications and practical knowledge. This enables TSI to carry out Cold Eye Review for CFD analysis. The key objective of CFD analysis is to evaluate the design and verify that the unit configuration will meet the desired design criteria. With this objective it makes CFD analysis more critical as key design decisions are based on the simulation results.
TSI carries out detailed review of CFD analysis performed by client’s internal or external teams. TSI review the assumptions made, selection of domain, models applied, type and specification of boundary conditions, solution settings, convergence criteria used. If required additional results to be extracted from simulation which will further enhance the in-sights obtained from CFD. Review process helps to verify and cross check the inputs and reliability of results.

Three Phase Separator Analysis
Produced water has certain amount of oil which needs to be separated before the water is discharged from the facility. Typically gravity based separators are used to separate the oil from water. It is required to have oil content in water below 100 ppm on volume basis. Internal distributors are designed to achieve better hydrodynamics and efficient separation of Oil and Sand from Produced water. Multiphase CFD simulations help to evaluate the design of internals, capture the separation process and predict the oil content in water outlet.
Combustion Modeling
Combustion equipment’s are very critical in Energy industry as they are the maximum consumers of fuels and producers of greenhouse gases. It is very important to design and operate these units at high efficiency. TSI has extensively worked with different types of Fired Heaters, Boilers, and Thermal Oxidizers. TSI has developed modeling approach based on extensive simulations and field observations. It produces the most accurate results matching closely with field data and observations.
Crude Oil Blending Analysis:
Crude oils of different grades are blended to produce a higher quality of blend. Blending is achieved either in large tanks or in-line pipe blending. Detailed CFD analysis helps to design the internal configuration to achieve the final blend quality in desired time.

Project Execution Methodology
TSI follows a standard process for executing each assignment. At pre-order stage it understands the client’s requirements what the end objectives are and how TSI services will cater to meet those.
We work out the detailed proposal to include the activities which will help to deploy TSI services to meet the client’s project objectives.
At Post-order, once the inputs and documents are shared by client. A detailed Design basis document is created capturing all the details and steps involved in execution and clearly stating the output and results available at each stage. Once the design basis document is reviewed and approved. Analysis work is started and client is updated regularly with the progress. The analysis report is submitted along with the key outcomes.
At the implementation stage as well TSI provides the required support to ensure that the design modifications are correctly implemented in the field.
